We want to share a recent victory by one of our Orange County family law attorneys.   Our attorney, Daniel McCammon, recently took a move away case to trial,  despite the  challenging facts of the case.  Daniel represented a mother who had recently moved to San Diego with her child.  The father was challenging her for child custody.  The father argued that, since the child had lived in Los Angeles for his entire life,  the child ought to be able to stay in Los Angeles.  To further complicate matters,  the mother was unable to relocate back to Los Angeles because of her employment.  Nevertheless, the judge ruled in our client’s  favor, granting her full custody and the right to stay in San Diego with her child.

This victory is significant given the challenging nature of child custody Move Away cases.  Well done Daniel!
